Hyperdilute Radiesse® for Skin Firmness and Texture

Skin changes such as fine lines, laxity, thinning, and crepiness can develop over time as collagen and elastin naturally decline. Hyperdilute Radiesse® is a skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve overall skin quality by stimulating the body’s own collagen production rather than adding volume.

Radiesse® was originally FDA approved as a facial filler and is composed of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When used in a hyperdiluted form, the gel is absorbed over time while the CaHA particles stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping improve skin texture, tone, and firmness.

Hyperdilute Radiesse® is Radiesse® that has been diluted with sterile saline and lidocaine, allowing it to spread evenly across larger areas of skin. When injected into areas of collagen loss, it encourages the production of new type I collagen and elastin, leading to smoother, firmer, and more resilient skin over time.

This treatment may be used in areas such as the mid and lower face, neck, décolletage, arms, and above the knees to address skin laxity, fine lines, and texture changes. In some cases, it may be combined with smooth threads to further support collagen stimulation and skin tightening.
