My first visit at Cahaba Dermatology (Cahaba Heights location) was positive. Making an appointment was great as you do it online, so there’s no pressure of someone waiting on you to decide. Their appointment reminders are extremely consistent, which I know some people need. At appointment time, I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk who was appreciative because I filled out new patient forms online, before my appointment. I liked that because it gets overlooked or discarded so often by other offices. I’ve heard of Dr Gerald for many years throughout Hwy 280 corridor area, but it was nostalgic getting to meet her face to face. She spoke with confidence which put me at ease, her bedside manner and humor made the appointment fun. She seemed caring and concerned as I talked about difficult skin disorders. I was able to fully understand and agreed with everything that was discussed. Her nurse was kind and friendly and I didn’t feel judged. Their facility is clean and modern. I can’t wait to go back to enjoy a spa experience and learn staff names. They told me, I just didn’t retain them. 😬🫣 Thank you for a good experience Dr Gerald and staff at Cahaba Dermatology.
