The newest receptionist is a DOLL. So friendly and kind. New system was a pain to fill out…took so long. This was 1 1/2 hour visit. Not typical for this office. However, Dr. Geralds was very apologetic for making me wait and explained why she was late. She is so efficient and direct. She is mostly why I go there.
