ok i was really nervous going in but honestly it was the nicest experience ive had at a doctors office in forever. the lady at the front desk actually smiled and remembered my name from the phone call which never happens. dr. mitchell listened to everything i was saying and didnt rush me at all, she even explained what she was looking at on my skin. the whole place was super clean and the waiting room felt calm and not like a hospital. honestly i cant believe i put this off so long, i feel so much better now. definitely going back when i need my next checkup.
