I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and found I had to go to an office on another floor. No problem! When I got to that office I was asked for my insurance card. After letting her copy my card I had barely sat down when I was called back. The assistant marked the places I was there for. Dr. Aksut came in about 5 minutes later. She was very professional and friendly and answered all questions. In fact, everyone I enteracted with in this office was very friendly and accommodating. I was out of there within 30 minutes of arrival time.
