Terrific experience with Dr Ann Gerald. Extremely knowledgeable and explained what was happening and what options I had. Dr. Gerald and her staff are very kind and caring. Minimal wait to see the doctor as well. I would recommend.

I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and found I had to go to an office on another floor. No problem! When I got to that office I was asked for my insurance card. After letting her copy my card I had barely sat down when I was called back. The assistant marked the places I was there for. Dr. Aksut came in about 5 minutes later. She was very professional and friendly and answered all questions. In fact, everyone I enteracted with in this office was very friendly and accommodating. I was out of there within 30 minutes of arrival time.

This dermatologist office is fantastic! They are very clear and upfront about their charges. They are very thorough in their examination each time. And both times I've had to had skin cancer removed with their office, they were kind, empathetic, efficient and professional. Highly recommend both Dr. Groysmon and PA Elizabeth Smith!
