Dr. Groysman is good but they are ALWAYS running behind. It took 70 minutes for them to call me back today. A one-off is no big deal, but it's been this way for years. The staff always apologizes for the wait, but they never appear to implement any changes. 8/03/2026 update: Wait times have generally improved – well done. The new APPatient (Android) app is poor and not a good look, but this is otherwise a well-run clinic.

Everything was fine but I had to wait an hour and twenty minutes before seeing my dr. Got there at 11:05 for an 11;10 appointment left at almost 1:00. This was a routine check up and not a lengthy exam etc
